At Ayllu, we’re all about the coming together of friends and families which is why we love Christmas so much. Making time to share the experience of fantastic fusion food and innovative cocktails with loved ones is something we are so passionate about. Our inspiration for this passion comes from the Incan civilization known as Ayllu. These people were a group of families that lived, worked and shared their lives together. The food we bring to you is traditional Peruvian flavours paired with the influence of the Japanese. This fusion food creates fresh and zingy aromas within each dish and a truly memorable experience.
