The Nikkei Menu: Japanese Peruvian Sharing Plates in Paddington

Ayllu's menu is built around Nikkei cuisine - Japanese technique, Peruvian fire, everything designed to share. Head Chef Igor Pereira leads the kitchen on bold sharing plates: black cod, beef tataki, anticucho skewers. Head Chef Sandesh Baral handles the sushi - bluefin tuna cut to order, truffle rolls, the Ayllu Platter built for the table.

Two tasting menus available daily - the Cuzco at £45pp and the Machu Picchu at £59pp.
