Head Chef Igor Pereira leads the kitchen on bold sharing plates: black cod, beef tataki, anticucho skewers. Head Chef Sandesh Baral handles the sushi — bluefin tuna cut to order, truffle rolls, the Ayllu Platter built for the table.
