Why Ayllu's Brunch Is Different
Most bottomless brunches in London offer the same thing: a fixed menu, average food, and nothing worth staying for. Ayllu's 90-minute session is kitchen-led Nikkei cuisine — not a watered-down brunch menu — and the Samba entertainment is live, not background music.
Head Sushi Chef Sandesh Baral's uramaki rolls are on the brunch menu. Head Chef Igor Pereira's sharing plates run from ceviches to grilled mains. The same kitchen that runs the evening tasting menus runs the brunch.
