Introducing Ayllu’s New Menu: A Fresh Fusion of Flavour
Welcoming Ayllu’s new menu and we’re excited to finally share it with you. Packed with bold new flavours that celebrate the vibrant fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. These additions bring a fresh energy to the table, while staying true to our signature style.
New Additions to the Menu
Among the new highlights, the Chutoro Tartare stands out with its melt-in-your-mouth texture and caviar topping, while the Prawn Creole offers a punchy, citrusy-laced taste. For beef lovers, the Wagyu Tataki delivers delicate slices of premium marbled beef as well as the Wagyu Nigiri, both a decadent nod to tradition and luxury.
For our new mains, the Grilled Seabass Fillet is a must as well as the Atún Grillado, while the Jalea Mixto is our take on a classic — a generous mix of golden-fried seafood. We’ve also added Soba Noodles to the mix — earthy and comforting.
5 Courses for £24 | 6 Courses for £29
We’re also introducing a new lunch and early dinner menu designed for flavour, flexibility, and incredible value. Available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 6pm, our new set menu offers either five courses for £24 or six courses for £29. You can tailor the five-course option to your taste by simply skipping any one of the courses.
The set experience begins with a warming bowl of miso soup, followed by edamame beans to nibble on. From there, you can choose your sushi roll and a ceviche. For the main event, take your pick from a range of mains. To finish, a well-chosen dessert.
